Jessica is a vivacious Clinical and Organisational Psychologist with 15 years’ experience working across the community health, primary care, defence, & corporate psychology sectors. With a true passion for engaging with people on a human level, Jessica proactively facilitates the identification of innovative pathways to circumvent problematic patterns, and negotiate challenging life circumstances.

Fostering positive self-growth and sustainable change, Jessica assists people to unleash their potential, and move towards a more colourful future. Whether it be that life circumstances have pushed you to struggle to recognise the version of you that you see in the mirror, or longer-standing “stuck points” at work/home/in relationships; Jessica will work with you to identify your strengths, to find (with gentle humour) your shortcomings, and to channel this to enable recalibration, and achieve more purposeful living.

Jessica takes a collaborative approach to therapy. She employs a range approaches, focusing on evidence-based practice, tailored to meet individual disorder and population-specific requirements. These originate from cognitive behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, dialectical behaviour therapy, interpersonal psychotherapy, and schema therapy. She is responsive and collaborative with referrers and is readily available for case consultations to support improved patient outcomes.

Madeleine is a registered clinical psychologist and member of the Australian Psychological Society. She has experience in hospitals and private clinics working with clients across the lifespan, from young children to older adults. Madeleine is particularly interested in anxiety and mood disorders, and is passionate about working with clients to move beyond their distress, to lead a more fulfilling and value-driven life.

Madeleine is also a clinical psychology lecturer at Australian Catholic University, lecturing across a range of psychology units and supervising Honours and Masters psychology students. Her research focuses on understanding self-compassion, a healthy way of relating to ourselves in times of pain or distress. Madeleine is currently running research clinical trials across many schools and hospitals in Sydney. She is published in peer-reviewed international journals in clinical and health psychology, and maintains an active research profile.

Jacqueline is a registered psychologist, currently completing her registrar program towards endorsement in clinical psychology. She obtained her postgraduate qualifications in clinical psychology from Australian Catholic University and has completed postgraduate and undergraduate training at Macquarie University and Charles Sturt University. Jacqueline is also a PhD candidate at The University of New South Wales/Black Dog Institute, where her research is focused on teachers’ mental health training.

Jacqueline has experience working with a diverse range of client presentations across the university, private hospital and not-for-profit settings. She also draws on over a decade of psychological research experience, primarily focused on anxiety and mood disorders in adults and older adults, and experience teaching on criminology undergraduate units for over 5 years. She has a keen interest in working with social anxiety, mood disorders, and postpartum anxiety and depression. Jacqueline is passionate about fostering a supportive therapeutic environment and assisting individuals to facilitate desired change.

Nurul is a registered psychologist, with endorsement in clinical psychology. She obtained her postgraduate qualifications in clinical psychology from The University of Sydney and completed her undergraduate training at Universitas Indonesia and The University of Queensland.

Nural has a keen interest in working with mood and anxiety disorders, and is passionate about helping individuals draw on their own personal strengths to promote resilience and facilitate meaningful change.

Nurul is a Member of the Australian Association for Cognitive and Behaviour Therapy (AACBT) and an Associate Member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS). She also sits in the NSW State Committee of the APS College of Clinical Psychologists as a Registrar Representative.
